CONTINGENT - STANDARD SEARCH
Our dedicated Client Development Executives will work closely with each client to understand their specific job requirements and culture while working collaboratively with our team of experienced Recruitment Advisors to ensure we present suitable candidates. Contingent searches are not exclusive in nature so, candidates may be presented with multiple opportunities. Our fee only applies when a placement is made.
CONTINGENT - EXCLUSIVE SEARCH
HNi understands the importance of skill set, personal attributes and long-term thinking to establish the fit all stakeholders are looking for as well as the timelines to fill the position. With the Exclusive Search approach, HNi will have exclusive search rights for the search. As a result, this position is an increased priority for our team and we work closely with each client to ensure progress is being made. Our fee only applies when a placement is made.
HNiEXECUTIVE/RETAINED SEARCH
A fully exclusive, transparent partnership to the recruitment search process. Clients on a Retained Agreement can rely on our Executive-led industry expert for each search and together develop a game plan that may include target companies, names of industry professionals, and/or co-branded marketing campaigns, etc. Clients will also have exclusive rights to the candidates, access to the candidates' responses, and a pipeline to track the progress of the search in real time.
