SMS Opt-In

By opting into SMS communications, you authorize Harbinger Network Inc. to send you recruitment-related text messages, including interview coordination, candidate updates, follow-up messages, and other service-related communications. By opting in, you acknowledge that you are at least 16 years of age and are either the wireless account subscriber or have the permission of the wireless account subscriber to send and receive text messages under these Terms and Conditions. This service is available to users in Canada and the United States.

SMS Opt-Out

You may discontinue texts at any time by replying “STOP” from your mobile device. After opting out, you will not receive any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your recruitment activity and communication preferences. Typically you may receive up to a few messages per week related to active recruitment processes.

Mobile User Fees

Harbinger Network Inc. does not charge any fees to send or receive text messages, but standard message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Rates may vary for domestic and international messages.

Mobile User Privacy

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Mobile Carriers Supported

Participating carriers (subject to change): Bell, Rogers, Telus, Freedom Mobile, Videotron, SaskTel, Eastlink, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Fido, and other regional Canadian wireless carriers. AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and other regional US carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Warranty

Harbinger Network Inc. will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network operator.
